A guided approach, not a blank drawing tool

Rooms already designed to work

You do not need to guess how large a bedroom, bathroom or living area should be. Each module has been carefully developed using real architectural design experience.

Every square metre has a purpose

The planner prioritises comfortable, practical spaces without adding unnecessary floor area or cost. Features are included because they improve how the home works, not simply because they are expected.

Explore what suits your life

Arrange, rotate and combine spaces to test different layouts, sunlight, connections and future needs before moving into detailed design.

Designed from experience. Shaped around real life.

The Smart Planner is not a traditional floor plan drawing tool where you start with blank walls and try to work out room sizes, circulation and layout decisions for yourself. That thinking has already been done for you.

Carefully designed modules

Each module has been planned using real architectural design experience to create practical, comfortable spaces without unnecessary floor area. You can focus on exploring how you want your home to work: how many bedrooms you need, how living spaces connect, where outdoor access matters, and which layout best supports your lifestyle and budget.

Why no standard walk-in wardrobes?

Walk-in wardrobes often require additional circulation space that could be better used elsewhere. Well-designed built-in wardrobes can provide generous, easy-to-access storage within a smaller and more efficient footprint.

Why no standard garages?

Garages add significant floor area and cost, yet many ultimately become storage areas or are later converted into the extra bedroom or living space the household needed more. Choosing not to include a garage may allow you to prioritise an additional bedroom, more generous living space, or a home that better supports everyday life.

The Smart Planner encourages you to think differently: not about adding rooms because they are expected, but about choosing the spaces that genuinely improve the way you live.

Because great homes aren’t about size. They’re about how they work.

For people the housing market has overlooked

Not everyone needs, wants or can afford a large conventional home. The Smart Planner is designed for people looking for a well-considered home that makes better use of space and budget — without compromising on comfort, practicality or the way they want to live.
